Stable restaurant is located in the coach house of Edegem’s Chateau Hof ter Linden. At Stable we combined rough, authentic details like the brick walls and wooden beams with new, elegant details like these bespoke marble benches, creating an exciting atmosphere for a culinary evening. We were heavily inspired by the location in our design, leaving much of the original brickwork and rough plaster remnants visible, as well as the existing central axis, creating a strong sightline and inviting guests to discover the other dining room, the open kitchen, the bar and the wine cellar.

We collaborated with fellow Belgian designer Arno Declercq who created a sculptural bar counter in burned wood and blackened steel.
